faulty tv remote unhelpful staff
the location was central with easy access to transportation it was convenient enough i suppose
the tv remote in my room didn't work i found this annoying i had to get up to change the channels like some sort of caveman also the bathroom door was difficult to close a minor inconvenience i could have lived without the staff at the front desk generally seemed unhelpful perhaps they were having a bad week

excellent location many shops easy metro
The location was excellent. lots of shops were nearby and places to eat were accessible. the metro was very close. It was easy to navigate.

low pressure impolite staff
the location was acceptable as it was near many shops and restaurants.
i was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the room. the shower lacked water pressure, and the shower enclosure didn't close completely, resulting in a cold draft during showers. the reception staff were impolite (i found them impatient) .
